PASSION
My passion is to provide organized built up environment and avail a large spectrum of people of the opportunity to first benefit and be in a position to appreciate quantitative living and work environment derivable from qualitative architectural services.
Hence the practice is thrilled by involvement in school projects, hospitals, Malls, Churches and Mosques which offer mass of users the benefit of exposure to consciously evolved organic environment.
To ensure a wide spectrum clientele base benefit from our services, we encourage our challenged Clients with a structured payment plan that enables them access to our services. We hold a firm belief that no one, young or old, poor or rich, enlightened or otherwise should be denied the privilege of architectural services towards creation of an orderly environment for qualitative living.
Concurrently too, our Clients who are not completely satisfied with our services (though none to date) have access to our pay-back scheme for refund of any payment made.
To further guarantee sufficient relief, the Practice has an unutilized Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of N200, 000,000 for every single incident for the past 5 years through no single incident has occurred to date requiring the utilization of this facility.
We will continue to encourage due compliance to payment by all and particularly financially-able Public and Private sector Clients ever eager to pay other members of the project team except the Consultants and provider of Consulting services which form the bedrock of subsequent engagement of paid Contractors/Subcontractors through adopting appropriate strategy, packaging and formal agreement.
